Digital products

Products sold through this store are digital files such as printable PDFs, image bundles and audio files. No physical item is shipped. Product pages describe the included formats, approximate length or page count, intended age range and price.

Orders and payments

Checkout and instant digital delivery are securely processed by Gumroad as the merchant of record. Its checkout displays the final price, available payment methods, applicable taxes and transaction terms before you confirm an order. An order is complete only after the payment provider confirms successful payment.

Delivery and access

Paid files are delivered privately through the checkout provider or the method stated on the product page. Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address and keeping their download access secure. If a purchased file cannot be accessed, contact us with the order email or order number.

Licence

Unless a product page states otherwise, purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one household or one educator's own classroom. You may print worksheets for those permitted users and play purchased audio for them. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share publicly, sublicense, alter for resale, or claim the files or artwork as your own.

Refunds and order problems

Because products are delivered digitally, cancellation rights may be affected once access or downloading begins. Refund and cancellation requests are handled according to the terms shown at checkout and applicable law. Contact us promptly if a file is defective, duplicated, materially different from its description or inaccessible.

Age guidance and responsible use

Age ranges are general guidance. Adults are responsible for supervision, including safe use of scissors and other materials. Our stories and learning resources are not medical, therapeutic or diagnostic services, and we do not promise specific sleep, health, educational or developmental outcomes.

Availability and changes

We may correct errors, improve files, change prices before purchase, or temporarily pause checkout for security and maintenance. This does not remove rights relating to an already completed order.

Intellectual property

The Cocoon name, product text, illustrations, audio, music, worksheets and website materials are owned by or licensed to Cocoon E-Learn and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Cocoon E-Learn is not responsible for indirect loss or for problems caused by unsupported devices, third-party services or use outside the product's stated purpose.
